In my own experience combined with my skin education I realized that the skin reacts to both internal and external things.
It reacts internally based on our DNA, emotions, stress, eating habits, etc and externally based on climate, occupation, etc.
It is for this very reason I ask a trillion and one questions during a skin consultation. My goal is to get to know you skin, what is going on around you, and how you are feeling because it all impacts the skin. The better I am able at knowing your skin and understanding it the better results we will achieve. I strongly believe in educating you in knowing your skin as well, so you can know when to change products, when to use certain ingredients, what products to use, and why.
For longer lasting results I believe that the products used on the face and body matter and play a big role in maintaining a healthy glowing skin and have the efficacy to influence the skin- especially when combined with monthly facials, micro-needling, and the right skin knowledge.

About Cecilia Altamirano,
Licensed Esthetician
Cecilia Altamirano is a local-ish. She grew up in a small town north of Idaho Falls. She has moved around in many towns and cities in Idaho Falls before settling here in 2015. She is has a boyfriend of years with whom she has an almost 6 year old daughter, and is a step mom to a teenager.
Cecilia struggled with adult cystic acne in her early 20’s and began learning about skincare in her late 20’s. A friend of hers who specialized in brows went to a local beauty school and it peaked Cecilia’s interest. Soon Cecilia became obsessed with wanting to be an Esthetician and with the help of her family and boyfriend, she went to the same local beauty school her friend went to. She was a stay at home during the day and a student at night. She graduated in July 2020 and became licensed as an esthetician in Idaho in August 2020. She began went to work very part time and started taking clients in her she shed in July 2020. With the help of her parents and boyfriend she signed her lease at the Idaho Professionals Building and opened up in her new treatment room February 2021. She has been located in the same location since.
Cecilia works on her business 90% of the time, she also cleans on the side, and helps her mother or father in their businesses when needed.
As a solo esthetician, Cecilia is passionate about her job, loves learning and improving her practice, and cares about her clients as well as the quality of her work and products used on her clients. She specializes in hybrid lash extensions and the dermaplane facial.
