Salon Policies

  • New Clients

    New clients MUST pay a $35 non refundable deposit at the time of booking an appointment. If appointment was scheduled over the phone deposit MUST be paid within 24 hours or appointment is cancelled.

  • Rescheduling & Cancellations

    I understand that life can be unpredictable. However, I am running a business and want to ensure that I am able to fill my appointment slots and not lose out on potential revenue. I require at least 24 hours notice of scheduled appointment to make any appointment changes at no charge.

    Fees For Existing Clients:

    Late rescheduling Fee: $25

    Late cancellation Fee: 50% of service scheduled

    No-Show Fee: 100% of service scheduled

    New Clients:

    Late rescheduling: Lose their deposit

    Late cancellatio: Lose their deposit

    No-Show: Will not be able to book again with Pristine Lash & Beauty Lounge.

  • Early/ Late/ Refunds

    Early

    Please arrive on time. If you are early, just know I may be with a client and you may need to wait in the waiting area upstairs or in the salon.

    Late

    If you are more than 15 minutes late, appointment is cancelled and a Late cancellation fee applies.

    Refunds

    Refunds will not be given under any circumstances.

    If you experience any allergies, reactions, or irritations please contact me immediately.

  • SPECIAL PRICING APPOINTMENTS

    Appointment with a special or discounted price can be rescheduled once before losing the special price & must follow all policies.

    Appointment loses it special/discounted pricing once cancelled.

    If no-show to a FREE appointment- client will no longer be able to participate for a FREE appointment.

  • Clients Under 18

    Your parent or legal guardian must attend the first appointment with you to sign forms on your behalf. If you are under 18 and arrive without a legal guardian or parent your appointment will be canceled and late cancellation/ late rescheduling fees apply.

  • children

    Children are allowed as long as they behave. I have your safety and others to keep in mind in my treatment room as well as the surrounding businesses. Only bring your children if you must and if they will stay in the designated area so to not contaminate any of my tools and products. Please do not have me be the “meanie” and ban you from bringing your children. You know your children best. If I need to stop the service due to your children, I will be obliged to stop your service and charge the late cancellation fee or have you leave with unfinished work and charge 100% of service due to your children misbehaving.

  • Payment methods

    A card on file is required for all appointments. The card will only charge the deposit for new clients.


    Payment is due the day of service.

    Exact cash is accepted, No change is given.

    Valid card must be on file.

    Venmo is accepted.

  • Product Returns

    If allergy to product or issues with product arises, let me know as soon as possible! Returns for products are accepted within 30 of purchase. Refunds to products are given as long as it is within 30 days of purchase, allergy to product, product not empty, and product returned.

Service policies

    • Please follow your signed agreements to treatment series and/or packages or it will result in losing a session if the appointems is a part of a package/ or treatment session.

    • Failure to follow salon policies results in losing a session if the appointems is a part of a package/ or treatment session.

    • Please follow the treatment schedule within your agreement as it will result in losing a session if the appointems is a part of a package/ or treatment session.

    • No refunds will be given to client if client fails to complete the treatments, is non-compliant with appointments or wants to stop before completing the sessions as signed on agreement. An extension may be granted as per stated on clients signed agreement.

    • Body contouring is not an exact science; results vary.  As the body sculpting specialist I am doing my job as per service/services indicated in client agreement. For maximized results client must do some home/after care. 

    • Results are measured by phots & measurements. 

  • Client cannot wear contacts during any lash services. Contact case & solution will be provided for an additional charge, if needed.

    If you arrive to your fill appointment with less than 40% of your extensions, you will need to reschedule for a full set, and the appropriate fees apply.

    • If I am not able to work on the lash extensions applied by previous artist, and a removal is needed as well as a full set, the removal fee and full set charges apply. If I am unable to do the appointment due to time and appointment scheduled as a fill instead of full set, the reschedule fee or late cancellation fee applies.

    So please schedule correctly or message me if you are unsure.

    • Please avoid wearing mascara for 24 hours before service.

  • No retinoid products or waxing 48 hours prior to appointment
